SAN JUAN (FIBA Americas League) - FIBA Americas gave Soles de Mexicali the opportunity to host the Final Four of the 2008 FIBA Americas League to be played from February 7-9 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.

Minas Tenis (Brazil), Miami Tropics (USA), Peñarol Mar del Plata (Argentina) and Soles de Mexicali will look to become the first champion of America in the Final Four of the 2008 FIBA Americas League.

FIBA Americas accepted the application from Peñarol and Soles so the Final Four of the league is played in a Round Robin Format on February 7-9.

The schedule is as follows:

Thursday, February 7:

07:15 pm – Peñarol vs. Miami Tropics

09:30 pm – Soles vs. Pitágoras Minas

Friday, February 8:

05:00 pm – Pitágoras Minas vs. Peñarol

07:15 pm  – Miami Tropics vs. Soles

Saturday, February 9:

03:00 pm – Pitágoras Minas vs. Miami Tropics

05:15 pm – Soles vs. Peñarol

The times are local of Mexicali, Baja California.

The games will be televised on FOX Sports en Español with the following programming:

South America:  All games LIVE

North + Venezuela : All games live except Peñarol vs Miami that will be televised on 3am.
