EDMONTON (2015 FIBA Americas Women’s Championship) - Luiz Zanon’s team added another win after defeating Ecuador, 72-45, to get a 2-0 in Group B of the 2015 FIBA Americas Women’s.

• Turning Point: After being leveled during the first quarter, Brazil imposed a quarter of 17-5, to take a 15 point advantage at the end of the first half.

• Stats don’t lie: Brazil dominated the rebounds 53-27 and scored 24 points in the paint.

• Game Hero: Castro was the best for the Brazilian with 19 points and 6 rebounds.

• The Bottom Line: Brazil added another victory in their participation in Group B of the FIBA Americas Championship. Tomorrow, Brazil will take on the Virgin Islands, while Ecuador will have his day of rest.
